since our Reunion.

Well, it was QUITE a party! We had nearly 180 signed up to attend Friday night plus even more actually showed up. Saturday night there were about 200 people at the Moose Lodge. The band was great, as shown by all those "shaking their tail feathers" on the crowded dance floor. Thanks to all of the committee members who worked so hard to make this a fun and successful weekend.
We will be posting photos as they are forwarded to us; you can view the ones taken by Elite Photography on their website at
www.ElitePhoto2.com, and they are available for purchase.
Thanks to all of you who came from far and near to celebrate our 40th reunion - as several class members have said, our class seems to have an unusual cohesiveness, and it was great to have such good attendance, and such fun.
The committee will be meeting in the next month or so to review our income & expenses, and determine where we go from here, how long the website will remain, etc. It is safe to say that there will most definitely be a "Fabulous Fiftieth", based upon the success and positive feedback we have received from the 40th.
Everyone is encouraged to continue to send in "now" photos, bios, family information, revisions, corrections, etc to ic69ers@gmail.com and they will be included in the next update of the directory.
We were sorry to miss Tom Karson & Anne Gochenour, and Marie Berglund Bass, who were unable to attend at the last minute due to unexpected illnesses. Also we missed Dave and Cristina Kennedy on Saturday night, as they were called back unexpectedly to West Virginia for business.
One embarassing bit of news - it seems that we greatly exaggerated the premature passing on of Gladys Gal McKenzie, as she is still very much alive and kicking - our apologies to Gladys!
Stay tuned to this website.....69ers forever!
